Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. Because our herbs are a natural food product, some conditions apply to returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Sealed, unopened pouches in original condition can be returned for a full refund of the item price.

Opened or perishable goods

For food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns of pouches that have been opened or unsealed, unless the product was faulty or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If something arrives damaged, or you received the wrong herb, email hello@wildgather.shop within 48 hours with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full — no need to ship it back.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and reason. Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
