Chamomile Flowers

Description

Whole Matricaria chamomilla flower heads, hand-picked and air-dried with the petals intact. The result is a mellow, apple-sweet infusion prized for winding down at the end of the day.

Use it for: a calming evening tea — steep a heaped teaspoon of flowers for 5–10 minutes and sweeten with honey if you like.
